Puracapra delle Langhe is the typical goat Robiola made using lactic curds and matured for about a week in an aging room where temperature and humidity are steadily controlled.

Thanks to this refining process Robiola gradually forms a delicate and delicious white layer of natural mould, beneath which its creamy and sweet texture develops into a sweet and delicate palatal sensation.
